Local Delivery in Singapore

We offer FREE tracked package delivery (2-3 working days) in Singapore for all orders above $150. For orders under $150, we charge $4 for Tracked package delivery.

Where does by.Myz ship to?

We currently ship locally around Singapore. We are able to ship worldwide but shipping fee may vary. Email us for enquiry.

Order tracking

You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped out and will receive a code so you can track your parcel. If you have any questions about your order, email us at bymyz.shop@gmail.com and we'll get on it!

Return & Exchange Policy

All items are not refundable. We accept returns and exchanges on certain merchandise on a case by case basis (subject to availability). Merchandises have to be in original packaging, unused, with tag still attached within 2 days. If merchandise is faulty upon receipt, we will exchange them with no extra fee. Contact us directly via email or phone for further information on returns or exchanges.

by.Myz have made every effort to display the colours and images of our products that appear on the Site accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's or mobile devices display of any colour will be accurate.

The measurement of the products provided on the Site are approximate and may vary.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or special services that we offer. We reserve the right to refuse any custom requests due to any unforeseen circumstances or constraints.

Waiting time for custom orders will be based on schedule therefore you will be placed in a queue of orders. We regularly work hard to complete and ship your custom orders for bags within 7-14 days.
